What's actually included in the monthly fee?
Installation up to 1,000 ft of water line, every filter change, every CO₂ refill (on sparkling tiers), every maintenance call, every repair, and annual deep-clean sanitization. You will never see a separate invoice for service.
How does installation work?
A licensed tech comes to your office, runs the water line, mounts the unit, calibrates the filtration, and verifies the first dispense. Usually one visit, usually under 2 hours. We handle all permits.
Can I change tiers later if my team grows?
Yes. We swap units at no charge if you're staying in the program. Common path: start on a Tier 1 or 2 cooler and move up — or add a dedicated Ice & Water System — as the team grows. No contract reset.
What's the contract length?
Standard service runs month-to-month after a 12-month initial term that covers the installation cost. Your rate is the same whether you're billed monthly, quarterly, or annually — pick whatever's easiest for your books. No big deposits, ever.
What about offices outside the NY tri-state?
We currently service NY, NJ, and CT in full. Beyond the tri-state — give us a call. We've got partner installers in a few neighboring metros and can usually still make it work.
