How fast can you install?
Most offices are up and running within 48 hours of signing off. Installation is usually a single visit and includes up to 150 ft of water line.
Do I still need bottle deliveries?
No. Every unit is bottleless — it plumbs directly into your existing water line and purifies on demand, so there are no bottles to store, lug, or reorder.
What areas do you serve?
We're Brooklyn-based and service the entire NY tri-state area — New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut — with on-site technicians.
What happens if a unit breaks?
Repairs are covered by your monthly plan. Most service calls are resolved the same day by a local technician.
